Valley and surrounding communities. Today, examples of our work can be seen throughout the area from the
sophisticated carpentry of Opus One Winery for Mondavi/Rothchild to the new landmark Napa Valley Country Club
Clubhouse as well as the Wine Spectator Building and the Blue Oak School. Other projects include, Carneros Inn,
Boys & Girls Club of Napa, Starmont Winery, River Terrace Inn, Bin to Bottle, Made in Napa Valley, Charles Krug
Winery, Napa Springhill Suites, Fontanella Winery, Napa Valley Vintners – Jackse Barn, Alpha Omega Winery, Swanson
Winery, Presentation School, Nicholson Ranch Winery, di Rosa Preserve, Stryker Sonoma Winery and many other
remodels and additions to operating wineries and business’s in the Napa and Sonoma Valleys.

The Company’s success is based not only on the quality, integrity and individual attention we bring to our projects
but also our “On Time” performance, and interactive project management. We utilize on-line communication and a
well-defined project control system to enhance the coordination, interaction and effectiveness of all project
participants.

We have built a reputation for building and restoring high quality projects on time and on budget is well known in the
Napa/Sonoma area. We have proudly accepted over thirty awards for our projects, including AIA Awards, California
Award for Historic Preservation and many Napa and Sonoma County Landmarks Award of Merit.  Projects as diverse
as the high-end carpentry work on Opus One Winery, the fast-track construction of the Infineon Raceway
Grandstands and the diverse and complex construction of the di Rosa Preserve all carry the Andrews and Thornley
name.

Our relationships with past clients, architects & engineers, local governmental agencies, elected officials and
subcontractors have proven to be a very valuable asset; the approval process and the administration of the project
benefit from these relationships.  We have proven time and time again that we can meet the many needs of our
customers.

Our community involvement is unsurpassed by any other local or regional construction firm. Our “barn raising” efforts
on the construction of the Napa Boys and Girls Club, the Oakland Raiders Fields Coalition Project, Wolfe Center,
Hospice of Napa Valley and Playground Fantastico has had a direct positive effect for our community; of which we are
extremely proud.

In conclusion, we reinvest in our local economy and local non-profits. We bring a level of sophistication, organization
and quality that far exceeds the norm for the industry and especially locally. We can control the quality and schedule
by self-performing a substantial portion of the work as required.  Finally, we become active motivational “partners” in
the project itself and we measure our success by the satisfaction of our clients.
